+Key issues at the moment for them:
+  * finding a Fire Space orga –> FireSpace e. V. ?? [[https://fire-space.com/|https://fire-space.com/]]
+  * finding a Gala Show orga / Fire Gala –> Idee von Birte, wer Fire Gala machen könnte
+  * finding an Open Stage orga
+  * finden orgas for Special Stages (optional)
+  * short discussion / exchange of definitions: Galas are organized in advance, Open Stages are organized at the event, the orga will have to set up stages in advance, have technicians etc. but the artists will show up
+  * Website / ticket sale –> will be done by the EJA (ticket side at least)
+  * Calculations for participants: scenarios with 2000, 4000 and 6000+ people

+Plan für Bruneck:
+  * bereits 2-3 Core Orgas in Italien vorhanden (Namen werden aktuell noch nicht öffentlich gehandelt), haben aber Erfahrung
+  * Stadt Bruneck haftet für eventuelles Defizit: super sichere Ausgangssituation
+  * letztes Mal Bruneck großes Team, davon aber fast niemand vorher auf dem Gelände --> trotzdem kein Problem
+  * Team aus mehreren Ländern, haben sich über ein WE mal getroffen zum Arbeiten (in einem Haus in Bayern, persönliches Treffen sehr wichtig, um Leute kennen zu lernen, aber ortsunabhängig)
+  * Man bräuchte demnächst eine Strukturliste / Liste der Jobs und Aufgaben, um zu sagen, welche Themen aktuell gebraucht werden

+  * man braucht die Zusicherung / Absichtserklärung der Stadt (und Location), dass die das für eine gute Idee halten und unterstützen wollen

+  * Idee Simon (S.): Ferropolis, er macht dort nächstes Jahr eine sehr große Aerial Convention; Halbinsel mit (bald) direkter Zuganbindung; allerdings kaum Hallen
+  * Idee Ralf: Messe Friedrichshafen, direkt an einem Flugplatz, daher vermutlich wenig Problem mit Lärm
